Whatever Sexyy Red’s baby daddy did, I’m sure he’s sorry. Why should he be required to serve out the remainder of his sentence, if the “SkeeYee” rapper is pregnant with his child and she’s written a song—called “Free My Nigga,” natch—demanding his immediate release?

I’m assuming this guy hails from my native STL, so it’s not clear to me why he’s in jail in the first place. People commit crimes here all the time and don’t go to jail. You could kill a guy and get like two years. He was out as recently as when the child was conceived, but it’s possible he’s been in jail for months. I’d say that’s long enough.

If he stole something, or if he was selling drugs, the judge won’t have to sweat him doing that anymore, since I’m sure Sexyy Red makes enough money from songs like “Pound Town” and the aforementioned “SkeeYee” to keep the two of them in Black & Milds, Vess pineapple soda and Chinese food served with white bread. She was on a few tour dates with Drake; she might be the richest person in St. Louis, up there with those racist CACs who pointed guns at Black Lives Matter protesters in the Central West End.
